Enhanced Customization in Business Reports

We're always looking to enhance your user experience and to respond to feedback. Many of you have desired greater customization options for your reports. We've listened, and we're excited to announce that we're introducing more flexibility in report generation.

Our update will enable users to select columns relevant to their business, fostering a more personalized experience.

Here's what you need to know:

New Dropdown in Business Reports

We're introducing a new dropdown in business reports. This will include the following options:

  • Last Year
  • Per Available Room (PAR)
  • Per Occupied Room (POR)
  • Budget

This dropdown/filter will also be implemented in the first drill-down level.

This update will impact the following reports:

Default Columns

The following columns will appear by default in your reports and cannot be removed by users:

PTD
  • PTD $
  • PTD %
YTD
  • YTD $
  • YTD %

This drill-down visibility applies only for single-month selection.

Column Additions

Your selection in the dropdown will add additional columns to your report. These are visible based on the hierarchy of the column, as follows:

PTD:
  • PTD $
  • PAR $
  • POR $
  • PTD %
  • PTD Budget $
  • Budget %
  • Budget Variance
  • PTD LY $
  • PAR LY $
  • POR LY $
  • PTD LY %
  • Variance

The same logic applies to the YTD columns, as per the given sequence.

Saved Customizations

We understand that consistency is essential for your business operations. Therefore, we will save your selected views for the business. Whenever a user opens a report for a particular company, the previously saved customization will be displayed.

The "View as per room sold" filter will be removed from the reports.
