Using the Check Register in Docyt

Track the journey of your expense payment checks and view payment details.

 

  1. Access the Check Register feature in Docyt by following these steps:
    • Click on "Expense Management" from the top menu.
    • Choose "Accounts Payable" from the dropdown menu.
    • Select "Check Register" from the available options.
  2. The Check Register serves as a repository for all your expense payment checks.
  3. Docyt provides live tracking of checks from the USPS mail date to delivery and deposit.
  4. Hover your cursor over the status icon for real-time updates on the check's progress.
  5. Click on any row in the Check Register to view payment details and check copies.
  6. A right pop-up will appear with more information about the transaction.
  7. Scroll down and click on the blue link under "Document ID" to view a digital copy of the check.
  8. You can also access additional information about the check status on the check details screen.

Following these steps, you can utilize the Check Register feature in Docyt to track your expense payment checks and quickly access payment details and digital check copies.
