With this update, users can now attach necessary documents while reviewing flagged transactions, ensuring a more efficient and organized financial workflow.

Feature Overview:

The Undocumented Transactions feature merges undocumented transactions with flagged transactions, making it easier for business users to view, document, and mark transactions as reviewed—all within the mobile experience.

Significant Challenge:

  1. Users previously lacked a dedicated section for undocumented transactions, making it difficult to respond to documentation requests.
  2. The process of tracking, attaching documents, and reviewing transactions was disjointed and time-consuming.

Addressing Challenge:

Unified ExperienceUsers can now manage undocumented transactions within the flagged transactions list, eliminating the need to switch between multiple views.
