Truist Bank - View-only Access
To enable view-only access for Truist Bank, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Truist Bank account by entering your unique username and password.
- Select the profile icon on your account.
- Choose 'Business Admin' from the profile options to access the administrative settings.
- To add a new user, click the 'Manage Users' option.
- Provide the necessary details for the individual you wish to give view-only access to, including their first and last name, as well as their email address.

- EMAIL: support@docyt.com
- Username: (you can create)
- Password: (you can create)
- Select the specific account or card that you would like to grant the user access to.
- Select the level of access you wish to grant to the user. If 'Limited access' is an option, choose that to provide them with restricted privileges.
- Click the 'Done' button to finish the process.
