Standard $50 per Month Data Migration Overview
Standard Data Migration Offering
Welcome to Docyt! Our Standard $50 per month Data Migration service is designed to seamlessly transfer your transactional data into our system, ensuring a smooth transition to Docyt's powerful accounting features. Below, we've outlined what is included in this service:
1. Transactional Data Migration:
- We bring over your transactional history in the form of journal entries.
- The migration includes mapping to a Chart of Accounts (COA) and replicating daily activity using the general ledger for the specified migration period.
- Memo/description details will also be migrated wherever possible.
2. Bank Reconciliation:
- All migrated data will undergo a comprehensive summary reconciliation covering the entire migration period.
- Please note that monthly bank reconciliations for historical data within Docyt are not included in the standard service.
- If you require monthly bank reconciliation for historical data, our catch-up bookkeeping service is available for an additional charge.
- Downloading historical data from your prior system is not covered by Docyt.
3. Chart of Accounts (COA):
- Any changes to the historical COA or departments from the prior system into Docyt will incur additional charges.
- Specific conversions like the USALI Conversion may be subject to an upcharge.
4. Advice for Customers:
- We recommend that customers download any additional data they wish to retain from their prior accounting system.
- Examples of items to download include Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations, Invoices, Receipts, and other relevant documents.
At Docyt, we strive to make your transition as seamless as possible. If you have specific requirements or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team. Happy migrating!
