Secure Login Credential Submission

From time to time, Docyt will require your login credentials for systems such as FRS, PMS, etc., to manage your accounts effectively.

Instructions:

1. Password Submission:
   
   
   • Always send your login credentials (passwords) directly to your unique mailroom email ID provided by Docyt.
   • Acceptable formats: Word document, text file, or email.
2. Security Reminder:
   
   
   • Do not send login credentials to any other Docyt email addresses, including your Account Manager's email.
   • This ensures your information is handled securely and only accessible by authorized personnel.
3. Account Manager Handling:
   
   
   • Your Account Manager will retrieve the login credentials from the mailroom.
   • They will store the information securely for safe handling.
