Request Other Documents
1.Navigate to the Other Documents Section
- Go to Banking & Reconciliation.
- Select Reconciliation Center.
- Click on Month End Documents.
- Choose Other Documents.
2. Upload, Request, or Mark Documents
- Select the appropriate balance sheet account for the corresponding month.
- Choose to Upload Document, Request Document, or Mark as 'No Document Available'.
3. Enter the Description
- If requesting a document, enter a description of the document you need, such as "Document request for January".
4. View Document Requests
- Go to Open Items.
- Select Document Requests to view the details of your request.
5. Track Document Status
- In the Other Documents section, account managers can see the status of document requests with the following icons:
- Question Mark: Document missing.
- Timer Icon (Orange): Document requested.
- Green Tick: Document uploaded.
- Verified Icon: Document verified.
