How to Access Personal Settings in Docyt
Edit your personal profile, enable/disable notifications, enable security settings, and more.
Personal Settings in Docyt apply to your entire experience on the platform. When you enable the notification for Accounts Payable, which includes bills that are due or ready to be paid, approved, or verified, you will receive emails that list these items across all the businesses you have access to.
How to Access Personal Settings
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- From here, you can view/edit your personal profile, view 'My Businesses', update notifications, and more.
Personal Profile
- Edit your personal information like email and phone number.
My Businesses
- View your list of businesses in Docyt.
- Clicking into a business will take you directly into the 'Business Setup' area for that entity.
Notifications
Enable/disable notifications for business items that may require your attention. Notifications will be sent directly to your email inbox daily.
- Accounts Payable - Bills that are due or ready to be paid, approved, or verified.
- Undocumented Check Transactions - Daily notifications on any undocumented checks. This is helpful in detecting possible fraudulent activity.
Security and Privacy
- Enable/disable multi-factor authentication (MFA) and manage approved device access.
- Update your password and primary phone number for the account.
