Managing Permissions for Flagged Transactions, Document Requests, and Tasks Board in Docyt iOS & Android App
Overview
This guide helps you understand how to manage permissions for flagged transactions, document requests, and tasks board in the Docyt iOS app. It explains how to control visibility and actions based on user permissions.
Permission Levels
Click on the links below to view the permission settings.
Independent Permissions
These items are independent of the above permissions and will run based on module-specific permissions:
- Flagged Invoices: Visible if the user has a role in Accounts Payable (AP).
- Flagged Receipts: Visible if the user is the uploader of the receipt or has approver access to all payment methods.
- Disconnected Accounts: Visible if the user has Admin access to Banking Accounts.
- Duplicate Vendors: Visible if the user has Admin access in the Vendors module.
Conclusion
By setting the correct permissions, you can control what users see and what actions they can take within the Docyt iOS app. This ensures clarity and appropriate access to tasks and items based on user roles.
