Managing Permissions for Banking Accounts in Docyt Android and iOS
This guide helps you understand how to manage permissions for banking accounts in the Docyt iOS and Android apps. It explains how to control visibility and actions based on user permissions.
1) For "Admin" permission for "Banking Accounts":
If the user has an "Admin" permission level, the user can view the transaction details and add an account "Add an account."

All transactions screen - Click the "Actions" Transaction detail page screen bottom option to access the "Add an account" button. sheet
For Android
All transactions screen- Click + sign to access Transaction detail page screen the "Add an account" button bottom sheet
2) For "Viewer" permission for "Banking Accounts":
If a user has "Viewer" permission, they can only view transaction details and cannot add an account from either the All Transactions screen or the Transaction Detail screen. However, they can still see the option and select a COA to map it to.
The user can only see the "View Activity" option.
