3. Accessing Labor report through the Business Reports Metrics Section
1. Overview:
Docyt has recently introduced a detailed data/granular level view for labor reports, allowing customers to see department-wise and per-employee breakdowns through Paycheck integration.
Paycheck Integration will authenticate users, fetch a list of employees, and display their logged and approved hours for a selected date. It contains an employee hours page that displays employee information like hours and wages for a selected date range.
This new feature provides complete visibility into key metrics like 'Total Wages' and 'Total Hours.' All employee data for each department will be displayed, ensuring customers get the comprehensive insights they need.
You can get a summary of the data from the paycheck after you've retrieved it. The fetched data will include:

Department
-
Regular hours

OT hours
-
Regular wages
-
OT wages for each day within the selected date range.
The downloaded data from the paycheck will be accessible in two locations within the Docyt app:

To access the labor report, go to Business Reports and select the 'Labor' report Tab.
The departments listed in the report are:

i) Period selection: You can use the Period selection option to get the labor report. You can also choose a multi-month selection to get the data for multiple months.
