In the Docyt mobile app, business users can now upload undocumented transactions by clicking the upload option next to the voice-based flagged transactions feature on the same flagged transaction screen. They can also upload necessary files directly through the 'Review Open Items' section on the task dashboard, ensuring accurate tracking of financial activities.
This feature allows users to view undocumented transactions, attach the appropriate documents when the account management team requests, and mark the transaction as reviewed, ensuring the team receives the necessary documentation.
Let's understand how to add an undocumented transaction:
1. To add an undocumented transaction document in Docyt, your Account Manager will flag it for you to upload. Open the Docyt app on your device, go to Flagged Transactions under 'Review Open Items,' and click on 'Review Transaction.'
