      How to Track ACH Transactions in Docyt


      1. To view your ACH transactions, log into your Docyt account and navigate to Expense Management. From there, you can easily find the ACH Transactions option by hovering over 'Accounts Payable.'
      2. Click on 'ACH Transactions' to view a comprehensive list of all your ACH transactions.
      3. By hovering the mouse over the 'Processing' status, you can easily view the current status of your ACH transaction.
      4. Click on any transaction row to open the 'Details' window, where you can easily view the status of your ACH transaction and its unique ACH Transfer ID.
      5. Here's an overview of the two types of ACH transfers: Standard ACH and Next-day ACH:
        Standard ACH transfer processing time
        The standard processing time for transfers in Docyt is typically 4-6 business days. This means it may take up to 6 business days for a transfer to be fully processed and for the funds to be successfully deposited into the recipient's account. This processing timeframe applies for transfers between Docyt accounts and transfers from a Docyt account to a recipient bank account.
        Next-day ACH transfer processing time
        You can choose our next-day transfer service if you require faster fund transfers. This convenient service allows transfers to be processed and deposited into the recipient's account within two to four business days. So that you know, there is an additional fee for this service.
