How to Reply to Flagged Invoice/Receipt Requests

1. When the account manager flags invoices or receipts that require additional information, these review requests will appear in the 'Tasks' Dashboard under the 'Review Open Items' section.

2. When you click on 'Review Invoice', it will take you to the 'Invoice Queue' where you can easily view and manage the invoices that require your attention. You will only see the invoices that have been flagged, making it convenient for you to focus on the ones that need additional information. To communicate with the account manager, locate the 'Chat' icon and click on it to respond directly. 

 

3. Similarly, when you click on 'Review Receipt', it will take you to the 'Receipt List' where you can easily view and manage the receipts that require your attention. You will only see the receipts that have been flagged, making it convenient for you to focus on the ones that need additional information. To communicate with the account manager, locate the 'Chat' icon and click on it to respond directly.
