How to Download Consolidated Reports from Docyt

This article shows users how to export all management reports for a given month into one Excel file.

We have consolidated reports download for both Portfolio Reports and Single Business. It supports multi-month selection for both Portfolio and Single business consolidated report download. 

1. To view and access management reports, navigate to the 'Business Reports' tab and click 'Management Reports'.
   
   
   
   
2. To download the consolidated report, click on the ellipsis icon in the top right corner of the management reports page and select 'Download Consolidated Report'.
   
3. Choose the desired month for download and click the 'Download' button to initiate the process.
   
   
4. A confirmation message will appear once you click on the 'Download' button. The report will then be generated in the 'Data Export' section of Docyt, where you can easily access it.
   
5. To access the 'Data Export' section, click on the gear icon and select 'Data Export.'
   
   
   
6. The report available for download will be in the 'Data Export' section. To download the report, click the ellipsis icon and choose 'Download'.
