How to Adjust Settings Using the Docyt Mobile App - iOS

1. Open the Docyt app
   
   
   
2. Click on Settings on the bottom right hand corner of your screen
   
   
   
3. Here you will be able to make changes to the following settings:
   
   1. Personal Profile - make changes the email address or phone number associated with your account, or delete your account
   2. Business Profiles - make changes to the profiles of each of your businesses
   3. Notifications - turn notifications on or off for bills that are due or ready to be paid, approved or verified
   4. Security & Privacy - view devices with access to your account, turn Face ID on or off, or change your password

Personal Profile

Make changes the email address or phone number associated with your account, or delete your account

1. Tap on Personal Profile
2. To make changes, click on the section you want to update and make the necessary changes.

Business Profiles

Make changes to the profiles of each of your businesses:

1. Tap on Business Profiles
2. Select the Business you want to review and update
3. Make changes to any of the following sections:
   1. Business Info - update the business profile picture, display name, business name, email, phone number, or physical address here
   2. Corporate Entity Info - update the entity type or EIN number here.
      1. Note that Industry Type can be seen here, but cannot be changed.
   3. Accounting Info - update the accounting start date, manage your QBO connection, and view departments here
      1. Note that any changes to the accounting start date should be discussed with your Docyt support team
   4. Business Admins - remove Business Admins from the account

Notifications

Turn notifications on or off for bills that are due or ready to be paid, approved or verified

Security & Privacy

View devices with access to your account, turn Face ID on or off, or change your password
