Portfolio (Multi-Entity) Reports

How to Create Portfolio Reports

 

 

  1. To access the Portfolio Reports feature, user will see Select Portfolio option on the top-left corner of the Docyt page 

  2. Users can select an existing portfolio from the list of created portfolios or opt to create a new one. By clicking on the “Add new Portfolio” option, users will be presented with additional choices:
    Add new portfolio report selecting a Name>Industry>Business>User Name>Add
  3. On successful creation, user will be able to see all the KPIs, reports and COAs enabled and linked for that Portfolio.
  4. Provide a name for the report, and then choose the type of report from the options listed below the report name. Proceed by clicking 'Continue.'
  5. Next, you'll be able to choose which businesses you want to include in this report. Click on the 'Create Report' button to proceed. 


  6. Please note that if the report type you have chosen is not active for a particular business, the name of the company will appear grayed out, and it will say, "Report not active." Click on the 'Create report' button to create the portfolio report.
