How to Create Portfolio Reports
- To access the Portfolio Reports feature, user will see Select Portfolio option on the top-left corner of the Docyt page
- Users can select an existing portfolio from the list of created portfolios or opt to create a new one. By clicking on the “Add new Portfolio” option, users will be presented with additional choices:
Add new portfolio report selecting a Name>Industry>Business>User Name>Add - On successful creation, user will be able to see all the KPIs, reports and COAs enabled and linked for that Portfolio.
- Provide a name for the report, and then choose the type of report from the options listed below the report name. Proceed by clicking 'Continue.'
- Next, you'll be able to choose which businesses you want to include in this report. Click on the 'Create Report' button to proceed.
- Please note that if the report type you have chosen is not active for a particular business, the name of the company will appear grayed out, and it will say, "Report not active." Click on the 'Create report' button to create the portfolio report.
