How to Create Portfolio Reports
1. How to Create a Portfolio Report
- To access the Portfolio Reports feature, Select Portfolio option on the top-left corner of the Docyt page
- Select an existing portfolio from the list of created portfolios or opt to create a new one.Click on the “Add new Portfolio” option, screen will be presented with additional choices:
Add new portfolio report selecting a Name>Industry>Business>User Name>Add - The report will also show the aggregate view and the comparative view.
- On successful creation, user will be able to see all the KPIs, reports and COAs enabled and linked for that Portfolio.
- Provide a name for the report, and then choose the type of report from the options listed below the report name. Proceed by clicking 'Continue.'
- Next, you'll be able to choose which businesses you want to include in this report. Click on the 'Create Report' button to proceed.
- Please note that if the report type you have chosen is not active for a particular business, the name of the company will appear grayed out, and it will say, "Report not active." Click on the 'Create report' button to create the portfolio report.
2. How to Share Reports with Other Users
To share your created portfolio reports with other users in Docyt, follow these steps:

Access the Management Reports Module:
- Log in to your Docyt account.
- Navigate to the top menu bar and click on the 'Reports' module.
- From the dropdown, select 'Financial Reports>Management Reports'

Locate the Specific Report:
- In the 'Management Reports' section, find the portfolio report you wish to share.

Edit Access Permissions:
- Click on the three dots (ellipsis) located on the right side of the report's name.
- From the dropdown menu, select 'Edit Access'.

Add Users:
- In the pop-up window, enter the name or email address of the user you want to grant access to.
- Click 'Done' to finalize the addition.

Remove Users (If Necessary):
- To revoke access, repeat steps 1 to 3 to access the 'Edit Access' window.
- Locate the user's name or email address.
- Click 'Remove' next to their name.
- Click 'Done' to confirm the removal.
