How to Check and Manage Revenue Integration Status in Docyt
Steps to Check Integration Status

Sign In:
- Go to Docyt and sign in.

Access Integrations:
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Select 'Integrations' from the dropdown menu.

Select Business:
- Find and select the business name for which you wish to configure the integration.

View Integration Status:
- A banner will display the integration status for the selected business.
Status Labels
- Green “Active” Label: Your integration is working fine.
- Yellow or Red “Paused” Label: Your integration is paused and needs attention.
- View History:
- Click on the three dots next to the integration.
- Select 'View History' from the menu.
Checking Daily Status
- Calendar View:
- You can view a calendar showing the daily status of revenue report integration.
What to Do if Integration is Paused
- Yellow or Red Label:
- If you see a yellow or red label, contact support@docyt.com for assistance.
