How User Can Ensure They Land on the Chosen Profile Page After Logging In
- To select your Docyt account, log in.
- Click on the gear icon located in the user menu and choose 'Settings'.
- On the profile page that appears in 'Docyt Settings', you can choose either 'Accounting Firm' or 'Business' from the available options in the 'Default Profile' section.
- Choosing the 'Accounting firm' option will grant you access to the dashboard displaying all the companies currently being managed by that accounting firm when you log in to Docyt next.
Switch Between Clients (For Accountants and Business Owners)
Effortlessly navigate between your clients' businesses in Docyt using the Accountant View feature.
- To access the Accountant View feature, simply click on your profile image located in the upper right corner.
- Click on 'Switch to Business View' or 'Switch to Accountant View' based on your current access level.
