Financial Insights for Business KPIs - Mobile

To help business users, Docyt has introduced push notification feature that delivers essential financial insights directly to their mobile devices.

Overview:

Business users can now receive daily, weekly, or monthly push notifications summarizing key financial insights for their businesses. With this feature, users can:

Select the business dashboard they want to receive insights from.
Enable push notifications for one dashboard per business they have access to.
Receive a single, combined notification summarizing financial updates.
Access this feature on both iOS and Android devices.

Current Limitation:

Previously, there was no way for users to receive automated financial insights updates within the app. This meant they had to log in manually to check their financial status.

Addressing Limitation:

With automated financial insights notifications, business users can:

✅ Stay updated on key financial metrics without logging in.
✅ Monitor business performance regularly and take proactive actions.
✅ Save time by receiving consolidated insights in a single notification.

1. For IOS:

The user will be able to see the Financial Insights card on the Notification Settings page. Tap on the Edit button will take you to the next screen.
The user will be able to choose one dashboard for every business (need to select at least one dashboard to receive push notifications) and choose the Frequency, either Daily/Weekly,/Monthly. Enable the Push Notification toggle button.
The user has to choose the dashboard and frequency from the screen.
Once the notification settings for financial insights are set by the user – based on the selected frequency, the user will be able to receive the financial insights push notifications.
The user will receive a push notification in the notifications list
When the user taps on the financial insights notification, he will see all the KPIs segregated by the business dashboard
