How to Disconnect Your Banking Account: A Step-by-Step Guide
Users can fully disconnect a bank account if it's not in use by using the "Disconnect Account" option.
Follow the steps to disconnect a Bank Account:
1. To access the "Banking Account" section in Docyt, log in and navigate to the "Banking & Reconciliation" module.
2. Click on the three-dot menu (...) and select "Disconnect Account." This action will remove the account from the active accounts list.
3. Users will see a notification on the screen indicating that the bank account is being disconnected. After refreshing the page, they can check whether the bank account is visible or removed from the list.
