Data Export: Revenue Accounting (QB Desktop)

Instructions for Revenue Accounting (QB Desktop) export

  1. Navigate to
  2. To start, click the 'Sign In' button and log in to your Docyt account.
  3. To access the settings, click the gear icon in the top right corner.
  4. Click on the option labeled 'Data Export'.
  5. To add a new export, click the blue plus sign in the top right corner.
  6. Fill in the following information:
    1. Select 'Revenue Accounting (QB Desktop)' from the 'Export Type' drop-down.
    2. Please select whether or not you want to include bank deposits in the export. 
    3. Select the Business. 
    4. Add the date range for the export. 
    5. Click the 'Export Data' button.
  7. Click on the three dots to the right of the export name and select 'Download'.
