Attach Non-Expense Documents from Business Mailroom

For non-expense transactions such as owner equity deposits and/or withdrawals, you can attach documents from Business Mailroom to the transaction in Reconciliation Center.

Send an email to Business Mailroom detailing the transaction amount. Docyt will save the email body as a PDF document.

  • In Reconciliation Center, select the transaction category under Transaction Types in the left panel.
  • Click into the transaction and click ‘Add Document’ at the bottom of the right panel. 
  • Then, select the document to attach under the Business Mailroom (or upload a new document from your computers) and click ‘Upload Document.’
