AMERICAN EXPRESS - View Only Access
Here are the steps to set up AMEX view-only access:
- Sign in to your American Express account using your username and password.
- Go to the "Account Services" section, which is typically located in the main menu.
- Click on the "Add or Remove Account Manager" option.
- Verify your security PIN and complete the one-time passcode validation process to confirm your identity.
- Enter the required information for the person you want to grant view-only access, such as their first and last name and email address.
- FIRST NAME: Samaya
- LAST NAME: Pandey
- EMAIL: sugam.pandey@gmail.com
- Select the card you want to give the manager access to.
- Specify the level of access you want to give to the manager. In this case, choose "limited access" and remove travel access if you do not want them to see travel-related information.
- Click on the "Continue" button.
- Review the details of the access you grant to the manager and check the box to confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click on "Done" to complete the process.
Once you have completed these steps, the user you added will receive an email with instructions on how to set up their view-only access to your American Express account. They will be able to view account information but will not be able to make any changes to the account or initiate transactions.
After completing the AMEX view-only access setup, please inform the manager that you have finished the process. They should have received an invitation email, which they need to accept within 24 hours to gain access to your account information.
